Are you a natural manager or a natural leader

my wife assumed a position a few months ago that requires a lot of change management. Through this process she discovered somethings about her gifts & skill sets. As a leader who views life in the big picture, i believe its easier for a manager to become a leader than it is for a leader to become a manager. As a manager you can expand your vision, but its often tough for a natural visionary to focus in on detail. Its important for those in leadership to understand their natural gifts and skill sets. In so doing you are empowered to equip others.
